Project meeting

We always start a new project with a planning meeting, either in-person or over the web. We define goals and make a plan for your new site, we explore what content is available and what needs to be created. Of course, we also decide what the site is going to look like and feel like. When we have agreed on a plan for moving forward, everything is documented and provided to the design team.

Website review

When the website is ready for review, we set up another meeting or call and walk through the site together, making sure we met your expectations for the new site and that we delivered on the goals set up for the website. If there are any changes to be made, we simply send it back to the design team and they will implement them. If needed, we will continue this back and forth until you love your new website!  

Going live

When we have made sure that everything is in place and we have dotted the I's and crossed the T's, the site is ready for launch. We set everything up and publish the site for you. To make sure your experience with the new site is on par with our high standards, we'll give you training on how the site works and how you update and make changes to it.
